I'm back with a short update of my life!!!
Anyway since I have been working at IKEA
I realised that they have the shitiest customers ever !!
We get shit on for like no reasons at all!
The problem is the people who shop at that place are CHEAP-O Singaporeans and Foreigners who can't afford anything better. So they shop at Ikea and expect FIRST CLASS service.
Please do note that I do not discriminate against poor people.
I grow up in a middle class family and sometimes I dont get what I want to buy because we have to save up for rainy days. So I am in NO WAY discriminating against people who goes to IKEA.
However I have a problem with people who expect good and fast service when they aren't even spending a lot in the first place.
Sometimes, it's our boss who have other appointment and can't go down to meet the customers , we are just in charged to call you and inform you of change of date .
Maybe because my family has always been nice to installers and movers that comes to our house, that I was wrongly perceived that everyone is nice to these installers / movers who have to work their ass off for us being paid so little for every trip.
I get complaints that my installers can't speak English and stuff like that, even customers who looks down on the installers. I mean, if you are so great yourself, why not you install your own kitchen cabinet?
I just needed to rant. Gosh, I get shit on everyday and its not like I arent doing my best to help x.x
